Tomorrow evening (Thursday 25th September) at 7.30pm we will be demonstrating how your credit agreement may be able to be written off legally and how we are creating a business where you are able to earn another stream of income along side wiping out your debts and those of people you may know.

The online presentation will last 30 minutes.

The information below is a summary of the services we have arranged with the solicitors regarding making a claim.

Making a Claim

More than £5000 current balance - A one-off audit fee of £295 for the first credit agreement and £195 for subsequent agreements. A 28 page audit report will be produced within 6-8 weeks with the results presented.

Less than £5000 current balance - £80 search fee. If the agreement is found to be unenforceable there will be a processing fee of £200.

NB. In both cases (claims above £5000 and claims below £5000) the fees mentioned are the only fees payable, unlike many other companies within the industry there are no fees to pay on the backend or as a percentage of the unenforceable claims.
