A few banks and building societies have been careless with some of public’s personal information over the last couple of years. ‘The potential for fraud is there’. Some of those banks are recalling the credit cards that may be ‘at risk’ and new agreements are being signed and balances transferred (to ‘protect against fraud’). Incidentally, those new agreements are AFTER April 2007…
